The blackberry flavors are the star of this tea, supported by blueberries, sharp spices, and the nutty chicory flavors of a Mate tea leaf that really cranks up the caffeine content. Black Tea | High caffeine | Steep at 195°F/90°C for 4 minutes.

Note from Caitlyn: Because of the nature of the mate tea in this blend, you could also steep this tea at your usual 212°F/100°C if you like a stronger flavored tea! This blend is one of my favorites, I steep it hotter all the time.
